Outdoor Lovers Unite

Outdoors men and women, help bring some Wasatch County trails back to life! Join the USDA Forest Service to work on some hiker-biker-horseback rider trails near the bottom of Daniels Canyon.

Where: Meet at the Heber-Kamas Ranger District Office at 2460 South Hwy 40 in Heber City.

Who: You, your mom, your dad, your 7 year old, your neighbors, your coworkers, your significant other, your friends from the gym. Everyone is welcome.

When: Saturday September 30th at 8:30 am.

What to bring: Closed toed shoes, long sleeve shirt, pants, small pack for carrying water and snacks, friends, and family.

What will be provided: Tools such as tree trimmers, loppers, and hand saws, as well as personal protective equipment.

It's the perfect kind of day to get out in this gorgeous valley we live in and give a few hours of your efforts to make it even better. If you think this is a good idea, please share it!

Okay friends, with the fall weather, this is what fits the bill! It's so delicious and so so simple. Take a look at Ree Drummond's 1 minute video and you'll be excited too.

There are just a handful of ingredients needed to make this comfort dessert that tastes divine. Frozen peaches, butter, sugar, vanilla, 2 cans of crescent rolls, cinnamon, lemon lime soda (all we had was ginger ale and it STILL turned out great). That's it, really! So easy.

Please don't laugh at the fancy dinnerware, we're just keeping it real with our crew of 8. With that said, there wasn't too many leftovers. Happy fall to you!

Midway's Most Recent Homes Sales Graph

Midway's Home Sales Graph Report

for the first two quarters of 2017.

The Wasatch Front Regional MLS released the latest home sales graph report in the first part of July. Another one will be released after the third quarter is reported in the beginning of October.

This graph is only for Midway and shows the previous 5 years. The blue line represents median sold price.  The green line represents the total number of homes listed. The black line represents the total number of homes sold. 

One can see patterns with seasons and many inferences can be made by studying this graph. One can make observations for past activity and also future predictions.
