The blue line is the median sold price of homes, by quarter.

The black line is the total number of homes sold, by quarter.

This report was generated by the Wasatch Front Regional MLS on October 4th 2018. It includes points for every quarter of the year for the last 5 years.

The green line shows us the total number of homes listed for sale.

The black line shows us the total number of homes sold.

The blue line shows us the median sold price of homes in Wayne County.
