The Wasatch Front Regional MLS just released the most recent statistics report for Midway, Utah home sales.
This graph shows the previous three years of three different entries.
The green line is the total number of homes listed by quarter.
The black line is the total number of homes sold by quarter.
The blue line is the median sales price by quarter.
